For some time now, people have been sending me some great videos (via e-mail) and I in turn have sent them on. After giving it some thought, I have decided to share them here, with all who stop by, each Sunday. That is, each Sunday, I will post up a new video. And, because I like to sleep in on Sundays and because I rarely post on Sundays, I have decided to title this regular Sunday posting, "Sleep it Off Sunday Video."
